Does the Whole Food Multivitamin Contain Synthetic Ingredients?Updated a month ago

While our Whole Food Multivitamin is built on a nutrient-dense fruit and vegetable blend, it intentionally includes Benfotiamine, a synthetic, fat-soluble form of Vitamin B1.

We choose to include Benfotiamine in this formula for two key nutritional reasons:

Standard Vitamin B1 found in whole foods is water-soluble. Because the body doesn't readily store water-soluble vitamins, it absorbs them in limited quantities, and any excess is quickly washed away.

Benfotiamine is fat-soluble. Because it blends easily with fats, it is highly bioavailable and easily absorbed by your cells. This allows your body to efficiently utilize a much higher concentration of vitamins to support daily energy and stamina.

Dr. Berg selected Benfotiamine for its ability to deeply nourish the body's tissues at the cellular level. It provides advanced, targeted support for:

  • Healthy, steady natural energy production
  • Brain health, focus, and mental clarity
  • Peripheral nerve comfort and overall nervous system vitality

By combining a rich whole-food base with specialized nutrients like Benfotiamine and Alpha-Lipoic Acid, this formula blends the foundational goodness of natural foods with the enhanced performance of modern nutritional science.
